The smoke in my dining room was concentrated until I turned on the air conditioner to circulate

One of my favorite hobbies is cooking.

People have to eat multiple times each day, so it’s a skill you’re forced to practice regularly unless you eat out all of the time.

If you’re studying an instrument, your survival doesn’t rely on the music you create with it. On the contrary, the products of my experiments in cooking nourish my body plus my soul. As I get better at it, I don’t make as many mistakes as I did in the past. I recognize that’s a large barrier for people who don’t recognize how to cook. They make mistakes plus throw out food in frustration. I guess I was lucky to have a mother plus father who both cooked nearly every day of the week. The people I was with and I never went to diners to eat meals, although sometimes the people I was with and I ordered Chinese food or pizza from a local tavern. If I eat Chinese food these days, I usually cook it myself rather than get it from a diner. Unfortunately, these kinds of food put a lot of oil plus grease in the air. Whenever I swap out my air conditioner filter, it usually has an orange plus brown tint to it. Recently I had a mishap while cooking that started a small fire that only lasted for more than one minutes at most, hOwever, it created so much smoke that I had to open windows plus turn on the air conditioner to circulate the air. Thankfully air conditioner circulating helped thin out the smoke so I could breathe again. A lot of it got outside through open windows, however the amount of soot on my air conditioner filter leads me to believe that it was the air conditioner that got the smoke out of the air so abruptly.
