My family and I purchased a brand new RV last week… All of us sold our four bedroom residence in the suburbs and traded the sticks and bricks for mobile RV living.
- All of us have come to learn a lot in a short amount of time.
I quickly managed to learn that every one of us needs a fence for the pets, because every noise sends them sprinting through the park. I also was able to figure out that the RV has to be level before you unhook it from the truck. Another pressing thing every one of us came to learn was controlling the humidity levels. Humidity builds up quite speedily inside a small enclosed space, but the RV holds and traps moisture far better than a wet sponge! My wifey and I had to get a dehumidifier to stop the problem completely. Every time every one of us used the oven or the coffee maker, little beads of moisture developed on the ceiling. I opened the windows and turned on a fan, but all of my friends made the suggestion that every one of us invest in a dehumidifier. I was able to discover a few machines online, even though I decided to buy a small dehumidifier from Target. I found a single one on sale when I was shopping for toilet supplies. The dehumidifier is small, but it works great. All of us put the dehumidifier in the kitchen area and every one of us crank it on when every one of us starts to use the oven, microwave, deep fryer or the coffee maker. The small humidifier isn’t really quiet but it absolutely gets rid of the excess moisture so every one of us do not have concerns any longer. Now that every one of us has the indoor temperature concerns covered, every one of us can concentrate on other important things such as adding shelves to the closet or resealing the roof.
