Is it safe to use geo heat pumps in areas where there is the icy ground?

The people I was with and I live in a city that freezes up during winter.

  • The ground all around the house becomes icy plus walking plus driving is a safety hazard, then our house is in the middle of farmland plus during Wintertide both of us do not farm, apparently.

When our electric heating plan malfunctioned earlier on when Wintertide started, I started researching the best heating plus a/c plan for my home. I stumbled up the geo heat pump which was fitted underground plus was the most efficient plan in the heating corp. This plan also came with a few energy saving help recommendations plus a free first oil furnace/heater tune-up session. There were also other smaller units I discovered that could be used in case the central heating failed. These units included the oil furnace plus the space heater. The Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C tech confirmed that the ductless Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C was built to withstand the direest ground plus would absolutely be okay for us to dig up plus install the new heating unit. Though this was true, They had a strenuous time digging up the frozen land, but they had come prepared plus had specialized equipment for boiler replacement. The task took them close to multiple mornings but they did a splendid commendable task. They also provided me with a wireless temperature control to control the temperature at the comfort of my home. As previously assumed, this unit was the best I ever had as it worked effortlessly plus provided quality indoor comfort all through the Wintertide plus other seasons since it also had cooling capabilities. It required unquestionably minimal repair which meant I saved up a lot of money. I was glad to have chosen this system.
