So I made the best transport I could think of and went for a ductless mini split system
It was definitely an interesting experience when the two of us sold our ancient apartment and purchased a current locale, as we ran into some complications selling the locale. We didn’t actually have any concerns on our end however obviously the client of our former lake apartment did; however it all ended up now working out alright and the two of us did sell the locale successfully, however this was a attractive thing because the purchase of the current apartment was contingent upon the sale of our ancient house. The only thing that genuinely bothered me about the current apartment was the heating, ventilation, and A/C system. It was severely ancient even though it seemed to be now working fine. I was honestly strict about the negotiation though and I would definitely not budge. I wanted enough currency knocked off the cost of the apartment in order for me to be able to afford a current heating, ventilation, and A/C system. The sellers were hesitant about it, however they finally agreed. I made a pretty good case. I pointed out how the apartment had been on the market for a long while and I was here and ready to buy the entire locale if they would reason with me. I thought I was being perfectly reasonable and they finally were able to see that. I was actually ecstatic when I finally purchased the locale and I was able to get a job on the renovation work. The most crucial thing of course was the heating, ventilation, and A/C system. Unfortunately, the apartment didn’t have any air duct to speak of. There was a boiler plan with radiators and no cooling plan to speak of. So I made the best transport I could think of and went for a ductless mini split system. I was also able to set it up in numerous zones for customized comfort in each location.
