It has been a while since I made a sale.
- I had high hopes when I first set my eyes on this location, but I haven’t found the right footing two years down the line.
My college qualification got me a license as an HVAC technician, but I think I need to take a course on business management to improve my management and marketing skills. When I moved here, there were only two companies for HVAC products for sale, now my air conditioning company is among the five fighting for a share of the market. Interestingly only two of these companies sell HVAC products and perform heating and cooling service. The need to supply quality HVAC equipment has pushed these companies to try finding ways to outdoor one another. As for me, I had to think outside the box. So I have taken the time to look for a nearby town shop where I can move my business to. Homeowners are increasingly buying zone controlled HVAC and whole home air purification products, since I don’t have many of those in stock, I have planes to hold a sale and hire a cooling tech and heating technician to take consumers through the queries they might have during the sale offer. Once I have little stock, moving won’t cost as much, and I can budget for new HVAC brands. My ultimate plan is to offer a comprehensive HVAC service plan with every HVAC system I sell.
