HVAC tech points out stalker shoe prints

I am so grateful to my heating and cooling technician sometimes. Don’t get me wrong, I always enjoy seeing him and experiencing the high quality indoor air that he helps me produce. For the past 10 years he has been the primary heating, cooling, and ventilation technician that I have routinely used for all of my regular maintenance and diagnostic appointments. I have always thought that he was a highly knowledgeable and personable human being. However, until last week I didn’t realize that he was also a bit of a detective. I guess it makes sense that your heating, cooling, and air quality control technician would be extremely observative. It is their job to enter random house’s, listen for strange sounds coming from the air ductwork, and to track down minute problems in your heating, cooling, and ventilation system before they become larger issues. However, I really never believed that my indoor air quality control worker would help save my life. This is exactly what happened a few months ago when I had my heating, cooling, and air quality control technician out to inspect my air conditioning unit. I had been hearing strange sounds from the AC unit late at night and I was worried that the cooling system was about to fail on me. When my heating and cooling technician inspected the large central air conditioning unit he said that everything appeared to be just fine… But there were shoe prints on top of the AC unit that probably explained the weird sounds at night. Ten minutes later, the police were at my house talking to me about the AC shoeprints and filing a report over my recent stalking experience,
