We had a pretty decent warranty with the Heating plus A/C plan that the two of us bought a couple of years ago but the two of us almost ruined it! The two of us didn’t know it at the time, but the two of us almost missed a undoubtedly pressing deadline involving the Heating plus A/C plan warranty, and apparently, you have to have usual service toil done on your Heating plus A/C plan once you have it installed in order to keep the Heating plus A/C warranty active plus intact, however the two of us neglected to inform all of the superb print on the warranty information card when the two of us had our new heating plus cooling plan installed plus so neither our hubby nor I clearly had noticed this at all, but it wasn’t something that the two of us even thought about much because once the two of us put in our new Heating plus A/C unit, the two of us had zero problems with it at all for a long time.
- It was only when the two of us were starting to think that it was time to change out the HEPA air filter that the two of us even looked at the little card that came with the warranty.
That’s when the two of us noticed the date on the card that said the two of us needed to have our first warranty service check done by then. I clearly had panicked because the date was coming up on that undoubtedly same week! I immediately called plus made an appointment with the Heating plus A/C business that had installed the component for us plus they came out the following afternoon to do the service toil on the Heating plus A/C unit. Thank goodness I texted them when I did, though. It would have been disappointing if the two of us had voided our warranty simply by neglecting to do usual service.
