I have tons of energy that is difficult to do things with.
It’s necessary to burn off that energy and the only way I have been able to do so is recently to start dancing.
I don’t suppose to know too much information about dancing so I naturally look preferred that type of red fish that is no longer in water. It does read my body of energy that I would usually have pent-up. There are lots of Pros about dancing because you can lose some weight and find yourself working on the type of problems that helped. Depression can make it difficult to take yourself from The Bad Plus this seems to usually help. In the morning, I play a single number one music song and dance around the home which makes me feel much more prepared to start the day. Dancing has equally a ton of great benefits and even if I am not great it is still a nice way to spend the day. The only problem is much of the heat that comes along with getting sweaty and dancing. I regularly become hot and have to adjust the heating and cooling plan to allow more of the cool air to come through the vents. Luckily, I live in an apartment where the landlord pays for the heating / Cooling and I don’t have to worry about whether or not the thermostat is set too low. I happily keep the air conditioner set around 70 degrees and never worry about the expensive belt.
