It made sense to have the HVAC specialist inspect the unit in the new house

It still hadn’t sunk in that I was a new homeowner of such a wonderful property.

I recall getting the call from my agent about the home which had just come into the market.

Needless to say, it was perfect and had ticked every box in my dream house list. I had made the right decision hiring the realtor though her prices weren’t low. She managed to alert me before many other people knew about the property. That’s how I landed the deal of a lifetime, which was surprisingly within my budget. There were a few things to handle, but I’d do them while living in the home. But, one issue I wanted to tackle before relocating was inspecting the AC unit. The house came with an AC unit, but I wasn’t sure if to keep it or install a new central AC system. In addition, I wanted an AC professional to inspect the ductwork in the house to certify if it was in good condition. I located an HVAC business in the area and gave them a call. Unfortunately, they were fully booked for the day and could only send a professional to me the following afternoon. The AC professional came to the house and began his inspection of the air conditioning unit. He said the ductwork was good but could benefit from a little cleaning. However, it was wiser to change the AC system, which only had about a year or two left in it. The verdict was excellent, and I opted to follow the AC professional’s advice.
