Shouldn’t substitute Heating & A/C just yet

I have been renovating our lake home room by room.

It is amazing how much you want to do to a home once you own it. When I obtained the home I thought it was liveable. I figured I would just paint a bit & call it a afternoon. Well I painted every room, scrapped the popcorn ceilings, changed the switch plates, added current lights & redid the floors. It hasn’t been a year & I have already remodeled both lavatorys completely. I am now eyeing up the home office & dining room. The home office needs more indoor lights & the front door needs glass in it. The dining room needs to be gutted. I have a fund saved for it. I am getting all current chaletets, countertops & appliances. It is definitely going to make the inside of the lake home gorgeous. I definitely would adore to update the Heating & A/C situation in the process. I can absolutely add heated flooring during the remodel. I am removing the home office & dining room floor to tile. Adding heated mats would be so straight-forward. For cooling I was thinking of adding a wall mounted unit. If I have Heating & A/C in that main portion of the house, I could just add a few indoor air handlers to the dining rooms later on. I then could get rid of the central Heating & A/C unit & free up closet space. The home would guess way more current that way. The money & time would be obscene. I also would need to hire out the Heating & A/C upgrade since it seems complicated. I don’t want to do this on top of a dining room remodel. I haven’t lived in our home for a year either. A bit abrupt right?
