I thought it would be kind to link the BNB manager with reliable HVAC services when I left

I travel a lot for task & sometimes I am required to stay for at least a month or more; I am frugal & self-employed so whenever I can get a unbelievable deal, I instantly take advantage, Last Winter I traveled out of state & had to stay away for about 6 weeks in a honestly affordable B&B. The BNB was properly furnished however there was 1 problem, there seemed to be no heated water & when it was available, it was only in the mornings. It had a boiler installed but the heating company kept on being called to do boiler repairs ever so often; During the stage I was there, the heating company was contacted approximately 5 times, then each month there constantly seemed to be something wrong with the gas furnace, however all of us started chatting with the manager & I suggested him to get a geo heat pump from the heating business! Since I clearly knew more about heating than the manager, I suggested that the new HVAC would supply quality heating to all the guests. The heating company had suggested that they get a quality HVAC unit that would require little to no heating system service. This would be ideal as the guests had started to complain about the inconveniences caused by the frequent visit by the servicemen. The BNB was using an old dial regulator so I recommended to the manager to update it to a Wi-Fi control unit, as it would allow guests to adjust the temperature just by using their voice. The manager at the BNB was honestly receptive to my suggestions & recommendations & so I saw it fit to leave him the contacts of the homeowner solutions supplier that would assist in the upgradement of the problematic system.
