If this past year taught me anything, it’s that a slower pace to life is a better pace for me.
The fact that I spent a year inside the air conditioning of our lake house during the pandemic definitely provided me with a new perspective.
Just spending a few minutes quietly soaking up the Heating, Ventilation and A/C cooling after a hard, boiling walk was a jewel of an experience. That perspective would not have been there had I not gone through the past year. I listened better. My productivity was better because I limited our focus. There were particular times meant just for me. Like getting out of the air conditioning to just take a walk. And it was a walk that allowed me to spend our savings attention to parakeets in addition to bugs in addition to passersby. My life slowed down in addition to I began paying attention in addition to being part of moments. That is essential to life. And I even caught an Heating, Ventilation and A/C concern before it got dire as well. Had I been walking back in addition to forth past the Heating, Ventilation and A/C cupboard pre pandemic, I’d have missed it. I just wasn’t present or definitely paying attention to anything else however all the noise in our head. Without all that, I entirely heard something that sounded awry. It was love a unquestionably high pitched whine coming from the Heating, Ventilation and A/C cabinet. This happened a few times over the next few mornings so I just picked up the iphone in addition to called the Heating, Ventilation and A/C supplier. They came out in addition to replaced a small part that would have caused a large Heating, Ventilation and A/C service had I not caught early. So I think slowing down has a vast array of beneficial results.
