Ventilation system helps get rid of smells

My hubby didn’t enjoy heading to work with the smell on his clothes

Baking started out as an fantastic interest for me. I liked to create homemade muffins, cookies, cakes, breads and pies and offer them to my friends, family, neighbors and coworkers. Word of mouth got around and suddenly I was getting PC calls, asking myself and others to bake treats for ceremony showers, baby showers, anniversary parties, anniversary parties, office gatherings, graduation celebrations and holiday parties. This swiftly grew into a rather successful small business. I needed to make some updates to my apartment study room. I invested in a commercial stove, refrigerator, freezer and mixer. I spent some money on greater and better quality utensils and pans. I also needed to make improvements to our heating and cooling system. I now bake all year round. During the summer, I was heating up the condo and putting a lot of extra strain on the a/c. In the winter, the study room was nice and hot while the rest of the condo felt rather cold. All of us very needed to substitute to zoned control. Plus, I needed some way to combat the smell. While the smell of baking cookies and pies is very pleasant, no one wants to care about it all the time. My adolescents were unhappy that their home offices smelled enjoy cake. My hubby didn’t enjoy heading to work with the smell on his clothes. I consulted with an Heating and Air Conditioning company who suggested a ventilation system that brings in a constant supply of fresh air to update the stale air. It helps to improve indoor air conditions and get rid of excess humidity… Because it is a heat recovery ventilator, it also has decreased the workload of the oil furnace and saves us money.
