It's all about efficiency with the dual fuel system

A week down the line, the renters’ feedback was truly positive

Having worked as a building manager for a couple of buildings, I had a wealth of experience in determining the most efficient Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment for an entire home block. Several renters had been complaining of disturbed indoor comfort whenever there were power outages. These power outages lasted for afternoons sometimes and this meant the renters would stay without cold during Winter time or perspiring themselves dry during the Summer weeks. The renters understood that the power outages were beyond our control but it was also their right to gain satisfactory heating services. I consulted a local dealer on the best Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment for such a situation to which he commanded the dual fuel system. This equipment worked by using many fuels, commonly an electric gas furnace and a gas gas furnace. Tenants could switch between the fuels. At a subsidized rate, the dealer also installed fireplaces in the apartments. These had to be gas fireplaces since there was an available gas pipe running through the building. Another luck of this equipment was that it did not need any vents, it was a ductless heat pump. This eliminated the hustle of having vents snaking through the building. The heat pump install was fairly affordable and the central heating was venued in the backyard of the complex! For quality heating, the heating serviceman partitioned the entire complex into zone control regions. This ensured that each apartment, regardless of where it was located, loved mediocre hot and cold temperatures. I circulated pamphlets that listed many energy saving tips to each renter. A week down the line, the renters’ feedback was truly positive. Though the power outages continued all throughout the winter, all the renter’s indoor comfort was not affected. This resulted in many positive reviews on our home complex.
