Most jobs appeal to people, but few take time to understand the market or government regulations.
I was a single such person when I first started promoting Heating, Ventilation and A/C brands as an Heating, Ventilation and A/C professional.
Although I took the time to study the right course plus even do market research, I failed to get the licensing requirements. Initially, I thought I only needed the company permit plus my license as an operator but turned out I was quite wrong. I hired my first employee before the first company inspection was done, plus he already had his qualification license as a heating professional. Soon after hiring him, the legal inspectors came around plus informed me of the need to have most of my employees licensed. They also informed me that it would be hard to sell my air conditioning company if I had fewer licenses than the buyer. I resorted to learning more about Heating, Ventilation and A/C requirements plus a better understanding of all the Heating, Ventilation and A/C products for sale I have in my store with the information. If I was going to supply on-demand air conditioning service, sell quality Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment, zone controlled Heating, Ventilation and A/C plus whole beach house air purification products, plus offer the best heating plus cooling service in the region with an affordable Heating, Ventilation and A/C service plan. I needed to have the best team by my side. Months later, I hired a current employee with knowledge of cooling tech plus an additional manager who understands any Heating, Ventilation and A/C system better than me. Three of my numerous employees were licensed, plus I had met all the national plus state legal requirements. So should I think of selling the company a single day, I’ll have fewer barriers, but licensing will not be a single of them.
