They also informed myself and others that it would be difficult to sell our a/c business if I had fewer licenses than the buyer. I resorted to learning more about Heating & A/C requirements & a better understanding of all the Heating & A/C products for sale I have in our store with the information. If I was going to provide on-demand a/c repair, sell quality Heating & A/C equipment, zone controlled Heating & A/C & whole apartment air purification products, & offer the best heating & cooling repair in the region with an affordable Heating & A/C repair plan. I needed to have the best team by our side. Months later, I hired a new employee with know-how of cooling tech & an additional manager who understands any Heating & A/C plan better than me. Three of our numerous employees were licensed, & I had met all the national & state legal requirements. So should I guess of selling the company one morning, I shall have fewer barriers, however licensing will not be one of them.
