We will be lifelong professional contacts and I will be completely responsible for the health of your HVAC system, not to mention your entire family. You see, I pride myself in being an especially personable and customer-focused heating, cooling, and ventilation technician. When I was going through heating and cooling technical school I realized that a lot of my HVAC internship peers we’re not especially jovial when it came to customer service. They were so focused on repairing air conditioners and forced air furnaces in order to make a buck that they completely forgot about the human aspect of being a heating, cooling, and air quality control professional. We aren’t only invested in the air quality control equipment, we should be invested in improving the lives of our customers. That’s why I always go out of my way to spend time with my heating and cooling clients when I’m on the job. It pays off to have a quick chat with the heating and cooling owners to find out what else can be improved with their air quality control systems. I might attend less heating and cooling appointments each day then the other HVAC technicians, but I bring in more business for the shop than anybody else.
